Sales Success Manager


The Sales Success Manager supports the sales organization by managing sales operations, sales enablement, and general sales success systems, projects and initiatives. 


  • Establish and manage sales processes and activities in Salesforce to ensure the successful management of leads and opportunities.
  • Measure and report on essential sales metrics.
  • Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization.
  • Work with leadership to develop and implement sales incentive programs.
  • Create and manage effective and consistent sales documentation such as proposals, contracts, pricing sheets, etc. and ensure availability to all sales teams.
  • Develop, implement and lead onboarding and enablement processes for new sales team members.
  • Develop sales training and enablement materials to support new processes
  • Create and manage implementation timelines and project plans as needed to improve sales processes and workflows.
  • Own the administration of all sales systems and tools.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as needed
  • Complete and submit RFI/RFP requests
  • Support all sales team members as needed to ensure success.


  • Experience establishing and managing sales activities and processes in Salesforce CRM
  • A love of analytics and metrics and the ability to create reports that present key insights in a clear and compelling way.
  • Experience in sales forecasting, planning and budgeting.
  • Experience in designing and leading training sessions
  • An ability to thrive in a constantly-changing, high-growth, high-demand environment where managing a large number of complicated projects simultaneously is the norm.
  • Must be detail-oriented and task-oriented.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the development of professional proposals and presentations
  • Has a professional and approachable demeanor
  • Emits project management skills
  • Superior interpersonal skills with and an ability to work cross-functionally across the organization.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Works autonomously with minimal direction
  • Possesses analytical skills to solve problems that may arise during a typical work day
  • Skilled with computers and is comfortable with mobile technology and learning new software
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, project management tools, and common sales-related software platforms. 

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

  • Full time
  • Some travel may be required


Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4+ years of experience in a sales-related field. Experience in sales operations, sales enablement or sales success is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
