Customer Service Specialist

Whether it’s helping with a simple question or solving a complex issue, Customer Support knows our corporate clients inside and out, empathizes with individual consumers, and does everything necessary to ensure a consistently positive experience. If you’ve ever had a bad customer support experience (and who hasn’t?) then we want it to be your mission to provide awesome support with a team of attentive, caring, critical thinkers who are excited to be a part of our growing team. We have both full time and part time positions available.

We need someone to:

  • Field general information requests on services, pricing, etc. via email and phone.
  • Aid customers in the ordering process and answer order as well as company questions.
  • Accept phone calls concerning inquiries, confirmations, and complaints.
  • Reach out to on-site contacts to schedule appointments for our Lookers.
  • Send well-constructed and thorough written emails to prospective customers and onsite Lookers.
  • Follow up with onsite Lookers regarding Order details, completion deadlines, etc.
  • Assist in other job functions during peak times.

You Are Someone Who:

  • Has excellent customer service skills (organized, detail-oriented, and sincerely empathetic).
  • Believes there is no such thing as a stupid question.
  • Has strong written and oral communication skills and an ability to speak clearly.
  • Can clearly communicate service features and benefits.
  • Has an ability to make decisions with little direction; we don’t have time to babysit!
  • Is proactive in identifying new opportunities, solving problems, and prioritizing efforts.
  • Pays strong attention to detail both with respect to customer needs and the quality of your work.
  • Can learn new processes quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Is comfortable with computers & mobile technology and learning new software systems.
  • Has superfast typing skills and quick simple math skills (calculate figures and amounts).

Extras You Need To Know:

  • We are seeking candidates willing to work 35-40 hours per week but capable/willing to work extended hours (overtime as requested) to meet company peaks.
  • Flexibility in shifts is a plus and we give preference to candidates available to work at least one weekend day (i.e. Tues-Sat or Sun-Thurs, etc.) Full Time and Part Time availability
  • Prefer candidates with at least 1-2 years of work experience years under your belt; but new grads are very welcome to apply!
  • Salary Range: $11.00 to $13.00 per hour based on experience
