Sales Project Manager

The Sales Project Manager  would be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific client onboarding projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. Projects include creating new services, defining structure and process within new services, implementing within WeGoLook (WGL), third-parties, and enterprise clients both domestically and internationally.



  • Assist management with everyday projects and tasks
  • Welcome and transition new customers to the WGL platform
  • Create and manage implementation timelines and project plans
  • Work with new customers to gather all data required for implementation process
  • Identify areas and opportunities for improvement and take action
  • Assist with special projects, administrative tasks, and other duties as needed
  • Develop sales, marketing, and training materials to support new processes
  • Attend client meetings, conferences, and events (some travel required)
  • Represent WGL as the liaison between clients and WGL development & account management
  • Utilize project management platform(s), such as Wrike
  • Complete and submit RFI/RFP requests
  • Seek and submit nominations for company awards
  • Promote CEO or other key leadership for speaking opportunities
  • Plan and manage conference tradeshow logistics

  • Skilled with computers and is comfortable with mobile technology and learning new software
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of project management tools


Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4 years of experience in a project management or sales-related field
  • Writing and editing skills preferred
  • Graphic design skills preferred
